The prices of our machines are different depending on machine type, specifications and additional attachments and retrofits.
BH Botswana has two fully operational offices in Gaborone and Francistown. The head office which is in Gaborone is located in Broadhurst Industrial, Plot 69500, Lejara road and the Francistown Branch is located in Phase IV Industrial, plot 31210.
BH Botswana is a dealership for JCB plant machinery, we sell JCB equipment and power products, parts, service and maintenance. We are not a training institution.
Our payment terms have always have cash on delivery or bank approved finance. This has been a standard procedure but we have since decided to make it easy for our customers to purchase through in-house purchase plan which requires that BH Botswana and the said customers get into an agreement of sales after discussing down payment and instalment terms.
BH Botswana has over 30 Service and Maintenance personnels and a fleet of over 27 standby and on-site service vehicles to attends to the inquiries and concerns of our customers in all four corners of the country. Additionally, we have strategically placed mechanics in various area in the country to prompt action on machines that need urgent attention.
JCB machines have a telematics system called LiveLink which customers can access at the comfort of their home to monitor their machines wherever they are.
BH Botswana has an industry leading parts department that sells genuine JCB parts from the factory and we make it an aim to always have parts in stock for the convenience of our customers.
When it comes to availability of stock, we are mostly influenced by the demand and supply of machines, we always ensure to have machines that are of high demand readily in stock and do special orders for some machines.
